It was centrally located a short walk to Hadrian's Wall. The hotel was a fine base for enjoying a very convenient area.

The bathroom was very small.

Our room was compact and high-class had all we needed, it was complete with refreshments, bathrooms, comfortable beds. The staff was excellent, provided an early check-in and a late check-out.

Cosy location next to a train station, staff unobtrusive! We stayed in the triple room, it was brand-new and the bed was soft. We really enjoyed a great restaurant with a local menu. Besides, free Wi-Fi throughout the property was a bonus.

Neat and affordable place with very efficient staff. Food was lovely and delicious. I booked welcoming, fully-equipped room. The pool was amazing and I had complimentary drinks in the sky bar. Top location to laing art gallery.

The bed was very firm, that's my bad luck.

I really enjoyed this nicely presented hotel, it did not disappoint. Location not far from pubs and bars, very large rooms. Gorgeous breakfast with plenty of food. Fresh decor throughout and very friendly staff. The area was local, a handy base for me.

Excellent value for money, taking into account other Newcastle upon Tyne's options. Liked this place, it was spotless and had beautiful location and staff. The breakfast was included and had a huge variety of meals. Such a very safe property - within a walking distance of everything. Parking right outside was available when we stayed...
